Counselling for Adults in Canterbury

I offer one-to-one counselling for adults aged 18 and over in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

People come to counselling for many different reasons.

Together we can explore what's happening for you, gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, and work towards meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable.

How I Work

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is central to effective counselling. From the outset, we will explore what has brought you to therapy and discuss what you hope to gain from our work together.

I tailor my approach to each person, recognising that every individual brings their own experiences, strengths and challenges.

Sessions are available in person from my counselling room at Lombard House in central Canterbury.

I work in English and French languages.

Online Counselling

I also offer counselling online with Telehealth for clients nationwide.

Getting Started

If you would like to arrange an introductory call or find out more, please get in touch using the contact form. This gives us an opportunity to discuss your needs, for you to ask any questions you may have, and decide together whether counselling with me feels like the right next step.

I look forward to hearing from you.
